Shipping Disclaimer
To ensure safe delivery, our game tables only ship via palletized freight (LTL). We can quote you a shipping cost to either a business address in a business district, preferably with loading dock access, pickup at the nearest terminal depot or residential curbside delivery. The price of a residential delivery adds up to $100 to the shipping rate. If you don’t have a loading dock, be prepared to offload the table with two persons or the trucker will apply liftgate charges if one is used to lower the box to the ground. Beyond point charges may apply to remote destinations or to indirect routes. Please call us if in doubt as to which delivery service applies to your address.
*A direct point is one serviced by our single nominated carrier. An indirect point will use more than one carrier to access your destination.
**A home operated business is not considered by the truckers as a business address and a residential surcharge will be applied.
***Residential deliveries cost approximately $100 extra and are for curbside delivery only. This means that you should meet the truck at your home or business with two able-bodied persons to remove the box from the pallet and remove it from the back of the truck. Other accessorial charges applied by the trucker include use of a liftgate and inside delivery.

What to do in the unlikely event of a damaged item
*IMPORTANT NOTICE*
Please be advised that all consignees must inspect their shipment prior to signing for the delivery. LTL orders must be handled with additional care because the bill of lading is a legal document which specifies that the customer has accepted the shipment and agrees that the condition is reasonable. All damages MUST be noted on the bill of lading (trucker’s copy as well) or, if badly damaged enough, we encourage the shipment to be completely refused. If you have reason to doubt or are worried about the condition of the shipment, inspection is the only way to avoid problems. If the item is damaged, you must refuse the delivery due to damage and note it on the bill of lading.
Please ensure that although there may not be obvious signs of damage, the risk of concealed damage may still exist. It’s important to note on the bill of lading of any potential damages to protect the product in the event that there is damage within. The signed BOL signifies that you have accepted the product in the condition it was received and this document is binding. Noting any potential damages (ie; box is torn, shows sign of puncture(s), crushed in a specific spot) and marking “subject to further inspection” on the bill of lading, even those which cannot be seen, will help you receive a replacement product if required. If you are ever uncertain as to what to do with a damaged shipment please call our customer service at 1-514-684-6484 for assistance.
